FotonaSmooth™
FotonaSmooth™ lasers are star performers in the field of gynecology thanks to their proven ability to perform an impressive range of treatments with superior clinical results, greater patient comfort, faster healing and reduced downtime.
LASER VAGINAL TIGHTENING
• A solution for vaginal relaxation syndrome
• Photothermal tightening of the vaginal canal
• Minimally invasive, incisionless
• No anesthesia needed
• Walk-in/walk-out procedure
• Safe, quick and easy
• High success rate and patient satisfaction

What is IntimaLase®?
IntimaLase® is an innovative and unique, patented, noninvasive Er:YAG laser therapy for treatment of vaginal relaxation
syndrome, a condition which is generally associated with
overstretching of the vaginal canal during childbirth as well as
with natural ageing.
How does IntimaLase® work?
The IntimaLase® treatment is based on a proprietary 2940nm Er:YAG laser technology called Fotona SMOOTH®, which enables delivery of specially composed laser energy pulses to the vaginal mucosa tissue.
The precisely controlled Fotona SMOOTH® energy pulses are designed to induce thermal effects in the vaginal tissue, stimulating collagen remodeling and the synthesis of new collagen fibers. The end result of collagen neogenesis and
remodeling is tightening of the vaginal canal.
LASER TREATMENT OF PELVIC ORGAN PROLAPSE
Photothermal tightening of the tissue and contraction of the vaginal canal
• A safe and non-invasive alternative to traditional methods
• High success rate and patient satisfaction
• Suitable also for higher grade prolapse

What is ProlapLase®?
Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) is a common problem, affecting almost 50% of parous women to some degree. Before ProlapLase® there were only two solutions available: supporting pessaries and surgical methods, both of which have been associated with problems and high levels of adverse effects.
ProlapLase® is an innovative and unique non-invasive Er:YAG laser alternative for the treatment of POP. It utilizes the gentle, nonablative photothermal effects of Fotona’s SMOOTH mode to tighten the tissue and contract the vaginal canal. Preliminary clinical studies show that it is an efficient, easy-to-perform and safe procedure.
How does ProlapLase® work?
The ProlapLase® treatment is based on precisely controlled laser-induced photothermal effects of Fotona's 2940 nm Er:YAG laser in mucosa tissue, stimulating collagen remodeling and the synthesis of new collagen fibers. The result of collagen neogenesis and remodeling is shrinkage and tightening of the vaginal canal without removal of any tissue.
STRESS URINARY INCONTINENCE LASER TREATMENT
• A solution for mild and moderate stress incontinence
• Photothermal tightening of the urethral and anterior bladder wall region
• Incisionless, minimally invasive
• No anesthesia needed
• Walk-in/walk-out procedure
• Safe, quick and easy
• High success rate and patient satisfaction

What is IncontiLase®?
IncontiLase® is an innovative, patented, Er:YAG laser therapy for mild and moderate stress urinary incontinence (SUI) based on the revolutionary, non-invasive Fotona SMOOTH® technology.
How does IncontiLase® work?
The 2940 nm Er:YAG laser used for IncontiLase® features a built-in proprietary technology called Fotona SMOOTH® that enables delivery of precisely controlled laser-induced thermal effects that stimulate collagen neogenesis and remodeling in
the mucosa tissue (in the region of the vestibule and urethral orifice, as well as in the area along the anterior vaginal wall). The end result of the IncontiLase® treatment is non-ablative photothermal tension, shrinkage and tightening of the tissue in the urethral and anterior bladder wall region and the return of
normal continence function.
VAGINAL ATROPHY LASER TREATMENT
• Solution for symptoms of vaginal atrophy
• Photo-thermal treatment of the vaginal canal
• Functional restoration of vaginal mucosa
• Safe treatment without long-term hormonal therapy
• Minimally invasive
• No anesthesia needed
• Walk-in/walk-out procedure

What is RenovaLase®?
RenovaLase® is an innovative and unique, non-invasive 2940 nm Er:YAG laser therapy for the symptoms of vaginal atrophy. It is based on non-ablative photothermal treatment of the vaginal canal. Clinical studies show that it is
an efficient, easy-to-use, quick and safe procedure, eliminating the need for long-term estrogen administration

How does RenovaLase® work?
The RenovaLase® treatment is based on laser-induced controlled mild heating of the vaginal tissue, which stimulates angiogenesis, fibroblast activity and new collagen formation, without thermal or ablative damage. The final result is increased epithelial thickness as well as vascularization of the lamina propria, along with a reduction of symptoms such as dryness, itching, irritation and
dyspareunia.
